Digital is a top priority for more than 90 percent of corporate leaders. In fact, organizations are poised to spend $1.7 trillion on digital transformation in 2019. Business leaders are looking for HR to support the organization’s digital transformation goals through talent strategies. But it’s not enough to focus those strategies on buying and building digital talent as they won’t drive fast, disruptive, broad innovation that your organization requires. Instead, your organization needs innovation that is different in speed, type and scale. You need to leverage the broader network of expertise across the workforce and leadership team. In this complimentary webinar, we explore how network innovation strategies can significantly drive higher levels of innovation effectiveness.
